Doctor Visits
Checkups are an important part of your child's first year. Your child's doctor will recommend several visits during your child's first year of life. Talk to your child's doctor about a wellness visit schedule that's right for your child.
During these visits, your child's doctor will weigh and measure your child. In addition, your child's doctor will closely follow your child's physical develop (which includes checking your child's strength, coordination, vision, hearing, eating, and sleeping habits) as well as overall social behavior. This will help your child's doctor determine how well your child is growing and developing.
